Never dived? Start here. A guided session in our pool, free for hostel guests, no license and no experience needed.
Never breathed underwater? This is where it starts, and as a hostel guest it costs you nothing. You get a guided scuba session in our own pool, with a PADI professional next to you the entire time.
We fit your mask, fins and tank, run through a few simple hand signals at the surface, then slip into the shallow end together. In about forty-five minutes you learn to breathe slowly, clear your mask and glide along the bottom. Most people are grinning before the first ten minutes are up.
There is zero pressure and you can surface whenever you like. Loved it? Head out for an ocean try-dive the next day, on the same reefs our certified divers explore.
What you need
Just bring a swimsuit and a towel. No licence, no experience and no swimming certificate are needed, and the whole session happens in calm, shallow water.
Minimum age is 10. Before you start, you fill in a short health questionnaire. No need to book days ahead, just ask at reception.
